Custom Printed Safety Helmets

Custom Printed Safety Helmets: JSP and Vaultex Options

Explore affordable JSP and Vaultex printed safety helmets to enhance visibility and ensure safety for your employees on-site.

The JSP Evo2 and Vaultex safety helmets are some of our most popular hard hats due to their simplicity and affordable price. If you want your company’s employees to stand out with custom-printed hard hats, the Evo2 is an excellent choice to avoid straining your budget.

The Evo2 and Vaultex safety helmet has a tough HDPE shell and are compatible with an extensive range of the same products. This means you won’t risk making your ear defenders and chin straps obsolete by upgrading your regular helmets to custom-branded ones.

Printing your company’s logo or name can be beneficial in several ways. It increases your company’s brand recognition and visibility and makes it easier to ensure people wear the correct PPE on-site. With our Hard Hat Branding service, we have tried to make this process as straightforward as possible for our customers.

VAULTEX or JSP Custom Printed Safety Helmets

The JSP or Vaultex helmet can be printed with inks or UV printing. The logo can be UV or pad printed on the front, side, or even the rear of the helmet.

There is no minimum order for the quantity we can print; however, large quantities will definitely bring the branding cost down. UV printing is available on helmets; this new technology will be used on quantities of as few as 10 customized hard hats. This produces hard-wearing, clear, crisp prints in any colour and with a durable over-gloss protective layer that keeps the logo vibrant and harder-wearing for longer than normal direct ink.

Although they are personalized, our custom hard hats do not compromise safety. Your logo is printed directly onto the safety helmet using UV printing or ink methods, and you can select any you want. The helmets come fitted with a sweatband and side vents, and they are fully compliant with BS EN397 standards.

What color safety helmet should you wear on site?
White helmet: for Site Managers, Competent Operatives, or Vehicle Marshals
Orange helmet: for slinger or signaler
